    Its free advertising for them too! There have been several other stories of things which reached silly figures of clearly non-serious bids, but I have never seen a follow up of 'ebay charged me 10% of the £1 million hoax bid' which might be reassuing.

    Livechat transcripts will count for nothing if eBay take the fee before the credit is repaid.

    The minimum NPB is 6 full days. As has been said, you may get the invoice and be charged before the credit. Livechat won't change that.
