25% off @ Sainsbury's TU Clothing 17th Feb - 23rd Feb

It seems to be a very long time since the last tu sale - there was a rumour of one just after new year but it never happened.
Or have I missed one?“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Aldi Super 6 Fruit & Vegetables - 59p from 12th Feb - 25th Feb 2015... Limes (3); Cherry Tomatoes (300g); Brussels Sprouts (500g); Leeks (500g); Kiwi (6); Garlic (4)...

Light bulb moment for me again:rotfl:, so here goes: . Brussel Sprouts 500g are 69p in M just to let people know if they are in A and not showing M price on msm. Not very good - that one got ruled out!
Maybe... Brussel Sprouts 500g, Leeks 500g and Kiwi 6 pack for Morries M&M vs Aldi (but I'd shop near the middle of that period just to make sure they have done a price collection and picked them up). Would like to match M to 59p on Kiwi 6 pack, as that's much better than their usual price! (I like getting things from supermarkets at far below any price offer that they'd usually wittingly put on and that they'd never knowingly and willingly want me to get.) Kiwi 6 pack at 59p doesn't quite better (on mbuy equivalent) their best offer in M, of 99p bogo'f', but that was very rare. In fact - just buy in Aldi!!
Those are the items out of that list that I'd consider okay at 59p.:)0 -

Evangeline1971 wrote: »How strange, my crisp shop from 10:20pm worked  I notice also that the word "crisps" is missing from your comparison but is present in mine. I'm not liking all these comparison differences with people's shops when they've bought the same items, there used to be much more consistency than this
Evening
The word is missing as its my way of tidying the receipt into one line
SORRY
I was really just posting as i think its a regional difference I have not seen any of these crisps in my tosco0 -

OMG - priceless - was this a one week wonder?
So it's no wonder everyone is awash with biscuits and Morrisons fivers
Yup, they pulled it early but it still spanned month end so the £100 limit was reset for everyoneApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
And...final womble from this afternoon, will it be cheaper elsewhere again?:rotfl:
Answer... is yes!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T (And, well I might laugh!)
They spent a quite high spend (over £40 on a few items) too - and not much comparable against T. Not a big womble, but nonetheless what does compare doesn't lose and T is cheaper.
Including:
0.41 x ASDA Seedless Green Grapes per kg£1.83£1.64:rotfl:
1 x ASDA Mashed Potato (400g)£1.00£0.94
'Correct' grapes for once. Avoid, they're even more expensive!
£1.80 for 500g after the APG:eek:.
So, there we are - an unprecedented situation: I've never had all my wombles from a session return as cheaper elsewhere (not just not 10%) before. This time, all of them came back cheaper elsewhere and not all of them were glitchy. (But I think still proves I need to be wombling immediately after a big price change.)
My bald conclusion from all this:
They've never 10% cheaper:p!:rotfl:
1 x ASDA Clementines (1.4Kg)£2.00N/A
(Vs everywhere)
I think these Clementines are quite a bit more expensive than what they used to be aren't they?:think:0
