Don't worry, I didn't mean it that way You did buy the right things. Its one of those thing like last week when Scamps bought the pink poo and it didn't scan in the offer but later someone else bought it and it worked. I guess we'll never know for sure why these things happen and it wouldn't surprise me if certain stores deliberately try to sabotage our glitches, who knows :huh:

I probably will still look for glitches, I can't resist Maybe next wednesday I'll just post the info of the missing multis and leave it to you all if you want to act on this info. I don't really want to say anymore that I think a glitch will work at the point its untested so apologies to all who lost money because of me

Dont trust msm for a true morries comparrison, it often helps with what to look out for , but as for the apg... Bubbs results are the best thing to go by in this case .

I guess I am lucky that most of the big T's near me now have scan and shop, so a barcode is not so relevant - I just scan it and if it shows as a penny I clear the shelf, and if it doesn't I put it back. I understand why people want barcodes, but if someone is also doing what I was doing and seeing what stores had, what looks out of place etc. then a little description helps.

With the T's Belgium selection, that is in wrapping paper, not just a box, I am sure these have been flagged as 1p item months ago, and the ones I found are old stock (new stock is boxed, no paper).

The Lily O's (barcode in previous post) are the flat wrapped boxes, not the double layer thicker, yet smaller boxes. Although both are in the same gift wrap.

Evangeline...you are too hard on yourself...I really appreciate the time you and all the others put in to finding the glitches even if they are ony potential,or untested....you dont need to appologise to those that have "lost money" due to your posting....we take our chances and some we win and some we lose!


I for one am more than happy to read about untested stuff and then make an informed desision as to whether its worth a punt or not...I love to see what you and the not so fat scots bloke point out on a wednesday!

Thank you so much! Finally got my first 1p item (well I sent my sister out). She got 1 of the Lily's and 1 of the Thorntons to check and when they worked she tried to get more but SA at self service came to help even though no help was requested and said they couldn't give it to her for 1p and took them away. My sister said she was going to go later when staff change shifts but I told her that I very much doubted they would still be there. It would have been nice if we had the scan as you shop in that particular store. It has the biggest trouts I've ever seen anywhere.

Clubcard number is on the bottom of the revelant credit card on my card.
