Ah ok... Thank you x0 -
London may be huge, but the tube makes it sooo easy to get around, even for a northerner like me! As long as you choose a hotel close to a tube station, it really doesn't matter where you stay - everywhere is accessible. Just get day tube passes for all your family and you can hop on and off anywhere and any time you want.
Have a great trip!
I second that:) myself and mr monkey went to London for Valentines day once... Just a day trip a long way from Yorkshire. We went on the early morning national express, got into London for 9am. Bought a day underground pass for one of the routes and just hopped on and off all day. We did Buckingham Palace, Harrods, Trafalgar Square, Tower Bridge, Big Ben, Westminster Houses of Parliament, Saw the London eye but didn't go on as it was too foggy. Basically the day was none stop but enjoyable. Then back on the 9pm coach and home just after 1am.0 -

Lir Extravagant Dark Collection 180g - B/C 5099872013701
Which is a bummer as I am sure I have seen lots of Lir chocs, but paid them little attention (only done 5 stores in my area, got something from every one)0 -

Just gave the sausages and meatballs to kids for lunch....5 mins later I noticed they should have been cooked first:eek: thought they were ready to eat. Hope I haven't poisoned my boys

Would be helpful if you provided barcodes with your posts.
Yes, but time is of the essence, so posting quickly whilst sat in the car with the boxes (and boxes, sorry to rub it in) in the boot means no barcode. However, it does mean that you have an extra item to keep an eye out for whilst in T's, which is better than no info at all.
I also got some tiny Dairy Milk boxes (4 chocs in each) and some liqueur chocs (long thin box, mini bottle style chocs)which both went on the self scan at 1p, however one of these (no idea which) came up as not recognised at the till. Nice till guy just flashed his barcode and told me it was fine, so only paid 30p for 32p worth of chocs. Naughty me.0 -
I don't need to say please and thanks because I wasn't asking for anything. I was making a comment so other people may be helped. Personally if people don't provide barcodes with items claimed to have been bought for 1p I tend not to believe them. Otherwise why wouldn't they provide the information?
So if, as you claim, they are "so easy to find in store" maybe you can help others by giving them the barcodes.
Wow. Calm down. If you can't find them it's a shame (I never have). Doubt anyone would be actually lying about it though. Thanks to all that post any finds whatsoever and in whatever fashion they report it.0 -
