Hiya Mt2m hope your ok. Do you think you may be better with ice than heat ? xx
Thanks...I don't know cjj... Never had this before..it bloomin well hurts when I move. Can now sit which I couldn't this morning. A long soak in the bath helped but mr monkeys had to go out and littlemans back now so can't do that again. I've had the gel on but tbh it didn't ease it at all. Trying to keep moving so I don't cease up:)0 -

Yeah I knowI did do that but they didn't have the curry I was supposed to buy so I bought something different which should have compared according to msm, then I find out later that you shouldn't go by msm in Tosco, which seems utterly stupid to me, why can't they use those prices  I got about 60p back on a £16 spend. Never again, I'll stick with the more straightforward and glitchtastic Mr A thank you very much

If it's trapped nerve ice could help with the swelling. Although I understand the heat would be more desirable :rotfl:
Just 15mins ish every few hours though. Hth xxCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

I mean this in the best possible way, but can I suggest that you and others are careful about what you post online (if you want to maintain your anonymity and not have implications for RL) - a number of people are making posts that contain increasingly personal information about their lives that could identify potentially who they are or where they are if someone you know in RL happened to catch your post. We may think it unlikely, but as MSE attracts millions of people we are probably not as far separated from people we know in RL as we might like to believe .
To be very clear, I am not saying to anyone don't post anything and everyone is at liberty to post what they want (within MSE rules :A). I am also not saying that what people post about their lives/work/families isn't interesting or at all wrong (or what they are saying about what they are doing is necessarly wrong either), but just concerned some people may be potentially "outing" themselves from some of their posts.
I would hate for anyone to be posting information on here thinking it was "private" only for it to be read back to them in real life at home, in work, wherever ...
HTH

You're right and I have been a little worried about thisPeople at work do know I post on here. I'm banking on them being too dumb to work out my user name or too lazy to read through the thread
To be honest I'm past caring if my boss did read this and find out why I'm really off. At least I'd have the opportunity to tell her a few home truths, including that I love the job on the rare occasions she isn't there

Extract of a receipt from this morning...

Any ideas?
