Got 48 packs of biccies shame i rarely eat them. Still family are pleased. But upset tonight as found out that when Mum was in hospital over the weekend she had a problem with a nurse. Apparently she got a stain on the bedclothes , dont need to say what, and the nurse started shouting at her that she would have to bring home the sheets and wash and press them, that there were people who were much iller than her and then she put the call bell out of Mum's reach. Mum eventually got her to put it where she could reach it but she was awake all night she was so upset. She came home yesterday afternoon and this came out today. Not sure exactly what to do about it.

I couldn't read this and not reply.
I'm so sorry your mum had this happen to her, I'm a nurse and it makes me sooo upset to hear people in the profession acting in any way but the best for their patients. My hospital has a PALS service which is run by volunteers so is impartial and any issues can be bought to them. Ours are so helpful, maybe your hospital has a similar service. If you ring switchboard at the hospital they should be able to direct you and that way you won't have to deal with the actual ward and, assuming you don't know who the perpetrator was, inadvertantly deal with them. The service should keep you fully informed as to what happens which can be difficult for a busy matron and infuriating for you if the ward doesn't.
Hope you get some help with this and the health care worker in question gets dealt with.

Good morning everybody, I hope you are well and have a fabulous Wednesday.

    Happy shopping.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.
  • Good morning :)

Sorry no glitches to report as yet, except for a couple of likely triggers in the 3 for £5 multi

Unfortunately there's nothing very tempting to combine them with, a few men deos will return £3+ but this not good enough, I want free stuff! :D
