  • I'm starting to think that too. They've sent me about five emails saying they've added the section and that I need to go and complete it. That's why I thought a direct link from someone here might help me out because gap haven't got a clue!

I've pm'd you the link, in case it helps sort things out. :)

Has Gap still got the DIY client - the smaller one where you order at a counter? Cannot see any jobs for them.

I did one just a couple of months ago. I'm not sure they appear every month though.

"Please do not include references to age, race, height, weight/build, or eyeglasses in your employee descriptions."

    Unusual?

Height and spex seem to me the only PC distinguisher when a team all have brown tied back hair.

I know, same for me last week in every shop. Would it be so terrible to use a generic term such as Caucasian etc

Depends on the company I think. Talking about race can be seen as not PC, and also it's possible to get someone's race completely wrong. I can think of an example of someone famous that I thought was caucasian and someone pointed out they are actually black (think Prison Break). People could make assumptions that someone is Spanish and they may be Portugese, or German/Dutch etc. I think height would definitely be ok though....though glasses can be taken off so might not provide a reliable description (although widely accepted by the likes of Marketforce).

I've been trying to sign up with ABAi and having a nightmare, the site keeps saying Javascript is not enabled on my browser, which it is. I've tried three and all the same. I want to contact them directly, but cannot find an email address after 15 minutes of Googling and I've lost the rag with them haha. Are they still accepting signups, and does anyone have a contact for them?

To be honest, they have one maybe two clients left, it just isn't worth the hassle signing up then fighting for a handful of jobs.
  • Anyone get fed up with the MS Cos attitude at times. some of the people running it are patronising and rude and treat you like you are stupid. However, some are lovely.

Yup, but having seen at first hand how poor some shoppers treat allocators there have an excuse. I tend not to work for the ones that are always like that (step forward MF).
