OK - but I remember the old phones - have been using mobiles for 20 years (pre smartphones)- and they could sound wakeup alarm with phone turned off. I do not want the phone on all night!

The Doro in that link is a smartphone, it runs Android.

You may as well just buy a cheaper Moto E...
