    Im just fretting now over getting a mortgage for the next property as I think there could be issues with affordability as my salary is commission based.... but have an appointment on Monday with the broker.

    It was one offer today from a couple at there first viewing of the house; they are FTB and apparently had previously missed out on two properties so were eager to get a decent offer in ASAP.
