Screen wash in coolent tank

Find the maximum mark on the expansion tank (when the engine is cold!) and remove liquid if its above that. As an alternative to siphoning try dipping a cloth into the liquid then squeezing it into a container.
As you haven't run the engine the screen wash will still be in the expansion tank and will mostly be removed by emptying it.
I siphoned coolant from a header tank recently using a 6 foot long piece of clear fish tank air pipe. As it clear you can avoid getting a mouthful of antifreeze.0 -
OP doesn't seem too confident about this......
It's the simplest thing in the world, but if you don't do it then what will most likely happen is the cooling system will experience excessive pressure, which on an older car might cause a head gasket failure.
On yours what is likely to happen is the screenwash content will foam up, the pressure release cap will open, this will then spray your engine bay with coolant and foamed up screen wash.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Suck it to get a syphon, isnt it deadly poison? (the anti freeze) rather you than me.
Isnt the methanol in the S/w inflammable? ok, probably wont do any damage., but I wouldnt chance it.0 -
How to siphon safely:
Use tubing - can be a hose for quick flow of lots of liquid, but narrower diameter tubing is better if you're trying to get as much as possible of a smaller volume out. You can buy clear "Portex" tubing by the metre from some DIY stores & then you can see what's going on.
Use enough tubing so that the end the liquid comes out of can be lower than the end the liquid enters - this will keep the liquid flowing. If you use longer tubing, it can be hard to fill it in the first place.
Practice with a couple of buckets or ice cream boxes first. One needs to be higher than the other.
Push the tubing into the upper container you want to empty and under the surface of the liquid so that the tubing completely fills with liquid. Block the end that you want to pour out of with your thumb while holding the open end under the surface. Keeping your thumb on the end, lift that end out and lower it to the lower container. Only release your thumb when that end is lower than the open end still in the top liquid. When you release your thumb, liquid will flow into the bottom container.
This avoids the need to suck & the risk of getting a mouthful.
I(t could be difficult to do the thumb thing if the neck of your coolant container is too narrow. If you must suck, create a safety gap by using a tightly-fitting rubber bung in a bottle. Two holes in the bung for the tubing and make sure that the "in" tubing is lower in the bottle than the "out" tubing - then you can suck, but any surprise flow will go into the bottle rather than your mouth.0 -
Easiest way is as above, except you can fill the tubing with tap water and hold a thumb over the end, pop the top end in the expansion tank, bottom end into a tray/container on the floor and then simply release your thumb.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Or you could use a Turkey Baster (99p one)0

What car is it?
May well just have a plug on the radiator to drain the coolant out.
I'd worry more about the overfilling of it than what you've put in it. Although AF does have properties to prevent corrosion and lubricate the pump, not that such small qtys would do much harm just yet.0 -

He's already answered that.ozdemirozgur wrote: »zafira vauxhal0
