Hi,
I have put around 0.5 lt maybe less of screen wash into the coolent tank. Should I worry about it ? Or do something before starting the engine ?
thanks

Shouldn't make a difference as long as the cooling system has at least +80% coolant in it.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0

It depends a lot on what is in the screen wash, but I doubt if it will be harmful in the short term. It's mainly water. I wouldn't stop using the car, but for peace of mind I would drain and refill the cooling system at the next opportunity. Not a huge job, and good to be sure you have the correct anti-freeze mix in this cold weather. But that's because I am a bit pernickety. It would probably be fine for years. If someone is nice to you but rude to the waiter, they are not a nice person.0

This is a 6 months old car, just used for 5000 miles. Most of the tank was full anyway but not exactly sure how much I put. Does anybody have an idea how full it might be after using a 5ooo miles?0

It says on the bootle you do not need to dilute the screen was. Just top it up.0

It should be at the same level as when you bought it. If not you've got a leak.0 -
yes, but I do not know how much they will a brand new car? I believe they do not do up to the cover, and potentially I might have filled what they had left empty. It is really full now.0
