Ignoring has not been advised here for a long time now - and you confirmed you had read and understood the explanation about where to find the current advice as part of your signup!

Now you need to go back to the Newbies Sticky but this time, you must read it carefully, not try and hijack it.

Post any further questions back here when you have an idea of what to do next.

    Vehicle details...!

If they don't have those, then there is no way they can find out who you are or get your details from the DVLA!

Don't tell us you just handed them all this for free...?

What PPC was it and have you had any other communication from them - was this a windscreen ticket?

plenty of good info about the PEEL centre in that NEWBIES sticky thread

assuming you got a postal NTK, appeal it giving the NTK reference and name and address of the KEEPER , ie:- the address and name they should already have on the NTK (which they got from the DVLA)

so assuming the details on the NTK match the RK details, appeal it as RK

do not reveal who was driving

if it was the automated response to the appeal that you received (which you said in one reply), keep that reply safe and await the outcome of your appeal (but dont reply to it)

I suspect you got the latter (the auto response to an online appeal)

hopefully you used the template letter and NTK reference to appeal this (not the drivers details) - which should be done within 28 days of the NTK

as this was before 2015 , its a popla appeal if they dont cancel

    hi

it was after the 28 days, as I never received the first one.

today I received their response to my appeal, and yes rejected as outside the 28 day window, with the list of threats and a new 14 day time window, to pay up or else.

what gets me is, I was never there, my van was stolen in November used in a robbery an returned with no number plates, so I assume my plates are on a clone , not that this helps.

    what to do please
