UKPC Parking Charge for Leaving Site

Just email the CEO and keep it short. Also email Aldi customer services and post it on their facebook page, they love that.
Definitely quote that, because it leaves them with nothing; they didn't try to mitigate it. Are there any other witnesses to this conversation?
Yes I have a friend that witnessed this. Shall I add these extra circumstances to the a,b,c,d etc section of the template?0 -
Yeah, don't mention it is a friend, just say that you and a witness were told that you were watched leave the property, and no mitigation was attempted.0

No! Nothing about what happened is even needed. NOTHING to ID the driver. Use the template, easy, UKPC will cancel straight away!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

he even told me what way I walked

Was it a Ministry of Funny Walks approved walk? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Quoted in case you miss it.0 -
Emailing the Aldi CEO is probably a waste of time.
Our local Aldi (Reading) is in a retail park along with several other tenants. I'm pretty sure it will be the site's owner who controls the parking not Aldi.
I'm playing devil's advocate here: They way it looks to the attendant is that you came back to your car, saw the parking ticket and thought "oh s**t, I'd better buy some groceries then!". That's how it would have looked to me.
You do have them regarding not mitigating loss, though I suspect that the attendant will claim that he was right over the other side of the carpark, chased after you to stop you leaving the car park but lost you and so then had no choice but to issue the ticket.0 -
I'm minded to agree ... Parking Eye have the contract for Aldi-owned sites as far as I am aware. As this is UKPC then this being a retail park would make sense.0

That is also my local Aldi. From the attendants point of view that would be correct, but my intentions were to shop at Aldi after I went into town regardless of whether I dropped things off to my car and found a parking charge.
I will send the template unaltered and see what happens!
Thank you all for your help so far.0
