    I've been Money Tipped!
    Think you've presented it well.

If they're coming to retake photos, have you spotted that they're all tilted slightly? does nothing to add to the shot, but irked me a little. Also makes the garden like it has an incline.

Also, even if your bedrooms are funny shapes, I think a floor plan would add to your details. I'm a visual person and details with floor plans always had more time spent on them than those without as I didn't want to waste my time viewing houses that sounded suitable from the details, but in reality were not at all what i wanted. A floor plan cuts through all that.

I agree with all the others, your house looks lovely and the only bit I would change is the conservatory. To me they fall into 2 categories, those that are cosy and you can see yourself relaxing in a nice warm inviting space and those that don't really have a purpose and tend to house things like wellies/ the dogs basket etc. Please don't think I'm being rude but if I was a buyer I would assume from the photo that yours falls into the latter group :o I agree with adding a few bits to it, possibly a tall green plant (borrow from a mat if you dont want to buy one??) and somewhere comfy to sit, the table and chairs are functional but don't sell me the lifestyle I would want from a conservatory iyswim
I hope you don't feel offended by that, but if I could afford a house with a conservatory I would want the dream of a cosy one!;) Good luck with the sale!!:D

  • I think the house looks great, and represents excellent value.
Nantwich is a lovely town, I used to work there.
    Good luck with the sale.

Looks like a nice house, but are you near nantwich town centre??? Nantwich is a beautiful town and I miss it, but it also has its dodgy areas!

We are on the outskirts of town - near the Red Lion Pub.

I reckon you should do well with the sale given its Nantwich.. which is a lot more expensive the cruddy Crewe.
