Sorry you're not enjoying Ireland Dinah. How has MIL made Gracie cry, poor girl! Poor you too. :( Hope Ben had a nice 1st birthday.

How freaking annoying about the missing wages! Gah!

Exciting that the wedding is so soon Flower! We need more details! I don't blame you for wanting the same name as the littlies, you'd be called it by teachers and other parents anyway so it would be good for it to be official! :)

We are getting married in a converted barn, cannot wait :) although at the minute it all seems to be quite a big stress now that its getting down to the last couple of months I'm stressing about what needs doing.

Dinah, when are you home? I hope the rest of your visit goes a bit more smoothly xx

Oh no Dinah I hope you're okay! Are you back now? to make little Grace cry is just so mean, and to make you cry too :( It can be hard staying with someone when there's not enough space too can't it, it sounds like it was lovely of your mum to organise you a hotel though. How was the wedding too? Hope it was lovely!!

Any sign of the missing wages too? Have they said anything about them? This kind of thing can cause huge problems I imagine in terms of late fees/payments to cards etc.. I hope this isn't causing problems for you :(

Thanks for the congratulations. I am indeed pretty busy, this two children thing is hard! She is lovely though despite the lack of sleep. Poppy at nursery today so getting some chill out time as she is being very demanding at the moment.

Dinah - hope you are ok . Can't believe she has made you and Grace cry. Hope the wages have turnt up as well!

Flower - so exciting about the wedding, bet you can't wait.

I love the sound of a converted barn, Flower, bet it'll be lovely! :)

Nice to see you Wendz! Hope you've had some good chill out time today, a worn out Mum is no good to anyone! How's it going with your Ex?

I was super MSE and bought a set of hairdressing scissors (a pair of normal ones and a pair of thinning ones), mainly to do Z-dogg's hairmet since it grows so fast but decided to give myself a trim last night and play with the thinning scissors, well, before I knew it the sink was full of hair and my little play had turned into me taking off about 2.5 inches! I had to put them away out of sight as I'd have just kept cutting, like when I was a kid and trimmed Barbie's hair and couldn't get it straight so I just kept cutting and cutting and cutting! :rotfl: At least I don't have to pay for a trim now and it's not tooooooo obvious that it was a DIY job! :money:

Congratulations Wendz! I absolutely love her name, does Poppy like being a big sister?

Sorry Irelands not been much fun Dinah, how was the wedding? That's so bad about the wages :(

How exciting that your weddings only 11 weeks away Flower, it's going to fly by!
I'm no closer to setting a date, need to spend some time in York to go venue hunting first and won't be able to do that until September. Good job we're not in any rush. Did visit a beautiful venue in Edinburgh though; 25 room boutique 5* hotel with a great chef for the catering, a bargain at £35k! Maybe in my next life...
Thank you for the engagement wishes everyone, can't remember who asked but we were on a deserted beach in the highlands, beautiful day and gorgeous scenery, he went down on one knee and I bawled my eyes out then was taken to a Michelin starred restaurant for dinner, was an amazing day!

Hello all, I actually only came across this thread the other day. I haven't commented on the weight loss one in months as I fell off that wagon and didn't what to comment on general chit chat and money on there. Little did I know you ha this one going. Well over the last couple of months I have left my job and just applied to benefit street. Still waiting to hear but very busy recalculating money. Things have been really awful but we are at the beginning of a new chapter and we are moving forward. I just don't know in which direction. Hope you are all keep well.

So sorry to hear about your situation ROTE :( Really hope things are on the up for you now like you said. Also hope you know we're all here for you if you need to get things off your chest!

That's such a beautiful engagement, Archers!! Been loving all your photos on instagram :) It's good you're in no rush though, it takes the pressure off a little!

Glad everything's going well with the LO, Wendz. In complete agreement with Archers, love her name!

Love the story of you getting snip-happy, Birdie :rotfl: Very MSE though! :money:

Exciting about the wedding, Flower!! And I know it isn't MSE, but you're right with what you say. As long as you don't use it as an excuse to go completely OTT, I don't see the harm! You'll have it under control in no time!

Hope you've got the wages by now, and you're home safe away from less-than-lovely in laws, Dinah!

Have a little bit of exciting but extremely terrifying/early news (y'all know I'm terrible at keeping secrets!!) Wondering if Tete's had any more MSE pregnancy dreams? :) Found out last Friday we have a little hybrid on the way! Only 6 weeks and 4 days (roughly) along, so just keeping everything crossed that we make it safely to the first scan and everything's peachy from there on!

Eeeeeeep! Sooooo blinking happy for you Cinny! :J Will be keeping my fingers, eyes and toes crossed for a healthy and boring pregnancy. :D

Will you still be nipping off to Vegas for a shotgun wedding? :)

Nice to hear from you ROTE, sorry things haven't been great, hope it's all up from here! :)

Thank you Birdie!! I think the next MSE meet up will wind up being more children than adults at the rate we're all multiplying :rotfl: It best come out cute, it's got a lot of adorable competition with the kids on here!

Will admit we spent this last weekend more than a little shell shocked! We've been NTNP for a little over a year now and I just kind of forgot it was a possibility?! Hoping for the most boring pregnancy in history.

eta: Forgot to say! We did talk about going in October, getting married on Halloween :) But it just depends on how much it costs really!
