Teletext holidays

We booked a holiday via teletext holidays on boxing day. We had two emails with quotes and itinerary from them during the telephone booking and was told we would receive confirmation via email with all details, flight number etc 24 - 48hours later. I waited, and waited,and waited but confirmation never arrived, though payment was taken.
I left it a little longer due to the Christmas period and then emailed Rebecca@teletext.co.uk as advised in our quote email with our booking reference and received an email back stating we would receive our confirmation and booking details in 48hours, but again nothing. I then emailed again on Friday, received the same email back and again nothing. I have rung the number provided but it only has a recorded message saying to email as I have been doing, I am now at loss as to what to do, we really want to start booking things but don't want to risk the holiday being cancelled by teletext as we have no confirmation.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Anyone who has already booked with them should triple check directly with their hotel and transfer company that the booking is as requested.also check that what they hav been promised is what they will be getting.0 -

Speak to your card issuer and request your money back. They took your money nearky 3 weeks ago and can't provide you with a booking reference and they won't speak to you. This should tell you all you need to know!0

Let us know if Teletext do actually contact you, as that is their standard reply on review websites and it seems they never do contact the customer.0 -
Last time they started to respond on here they gave up replying after they couldn't deal with the complaints0
