Hi, I have had the exact same problem and searched for a product but couldn't find one. We have two sets of french doors on the back of our property and was really fed up with the doors keep slamming shut. Anyway the best thing I found was putting a tin (baked beans, tomatoes etc.) length ways between the corner of the frame and the inside edge of the open french door at the bottom. Not sure about yours but they fit perfect on ours and if you want them to look nicer you could always cover them in fabric or paint them !

These fit to top of each door

Your door then stays where you put it.
My local firm fitted them for free out of their discount.

Sounds like you want a door hook- try searching for "cabin door hook" on google.

The link taht Poppycat put on for Cabin hook is exactly what my parents used on their french doors. It's fitted to the wall then the hook attaches to the bottom of the door so it's 45 degree angle between the wall and the door.
