No presents please wedding present?

We had our personalised cards made out to ask for cash for charity (macmillan and together for short lives) as we didnt need anything,we didnt want a holiday so this seemed the best and most logical thing to do,both charities recieved £220 each,however now i seem to get phone calls /emails weekly asking for more money donating or a direct debit from us..Both me and the wife have both have our 40th 's coming up and will probably do the again but will drop the money into a box or send a cheque..

Yes this. If I have context, I can give a proper answer. But just sticking up a title is effectively meaningless.
