Well, several months on there is no real update STILL NOT BEEN PAID. Sent letters with NO REPLY at all, so I have decided to name him in the hope he decides to start doing the right thing. . He owes us £thousands and the complaint about his Solicitor has gone nowhere. I literally could scream at what this guy has done to us, he should be fired from holding his position in my eyes.

Umm, naming and shaming is never a good plan - it's a great way to get posts and threads deleted.

If you really think you must do, it does help if you read the links you post, too - the individual you name hasn't been involved with the charity you name since 2001, according to your link... (After that, he held a similarly high-level post with another big-name charity, but hasn't been involved with that since 2010. Since 2011, he's run his own, far smaller, organisation - which might well start to explain some of the issues, since that organisation appears to be in a fairly critical stage at the mo.)

I have been forced to the point of not caring, what this guy has put us through mentally and financially are not really describable. He does not even have the decency to return a letter!. I think it is the very least I can do for him in the circumstances :) .

You have to admit, it's even harder to fire somebody from a position they resigned from fourteen years ago than one they resigned from four years ago...

I must have missed the links:mad:.

So sorry to hear this is still an issue! No idea what to say that would help. I really feel for your situation and think you should pursue the matter to the end.
  • Sorry to hear this guy is still putting you all through the mill on this:mad:.

Do hope it gets resolved soon.

Just on the (very) off chance of any bright ideas how to deal with him if I knew who it was - could I have a PM saying who he is? A grain of an idea "might" just surface...fingers crossed...
