How many times do you need it told to you before it sinks in?
IGNORE THEM!!!!
The ONLY thing you don't ignore is a Letter Before Action (from PE - one from a debt collector can be ignored) or actual court papers. But the chances of anything like this being issued are negligible in Scotland. And after 5 years any such claim would be time-expired anyway.0 -

You do need to read each letter though. What happened when you escalated the complaint to Morrisons' Head Office, not just the store? They cancel these all the time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
