Hiya everyone :hello:
Managed another NSD today - so I've hit my April target of 15/15 :j
You might like to look at the following
http://authoritynutrition.com/low-carb-diet-meal-plan-and-menu/
It has some interesting links down the very bottom as well. Let me know how you get on
I think if you look on the MD site and open your account you will find that they will send you an email for you to claim - think it's about middle of May !! HTH
We had omelettes for dinner - I had mine with a large salad and DH had chips.
Hope you all have a super Saturday
Lx
Thanks so much for the link Lynne. Looks good. This has been a really expensive month...I have a ton of receipts to go through for the moment of truth! DD1 spent over 2 weeks here and in the shops she used my till for her personal items, gave me cash later on (or not?), a confused month! I might just give up and start again afresh and with a clean slate in May as DD1 will return at the end of it .First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, and then you win - Gandhi0

Good afternoon everyone,
Well I can safely say this month has not gone to plan, probably because of the long easter break we've had, my poor planning and running the food stores right down.
I am declaring a total spend of £285.12 for the month which is £45.12 over my intended budget.
Tomorrow is payday, so I will be starting again on the May thread, and hope to do better.
We are finally getting our budgeting and money sorted, which is good, but we will have a biggish spend on the car next week as there is work that needs doing to it plus it is DD's birthday at the end of the May, so planning needs to be done.:D
I have updated my signature, so will pop over to the May challenge.SPC 11 #4450 -
Last update was as of end of last Sunday.
Since then I've had a couple of small shops and used a few bits and pieces from long-term stock, but I've mostly used stuff I've bought and accounted for this year..
Figures show budget to end of yesterday as £212.24, with spends of £103.20
My split has slid slighly more towards using from stock for this month (66% shop : 34% stock), but remains at 64% : 36% for year to dateCheryl0 -
I won't need to buy anything until next month now, so will declare tonight. I won't be even going near a shop now, as I have no time!!
My total for April is £91.60, which is £8.40 under target! So pleased with myself. I also know that this total could have been lower, as I did several moochie shops on top of my weekly shops, so my aim for next month is to minimise these... (17 nsds this month)
Aim for next month will still be £100, which I will take out and put in my purse in the next couple of days.
I've already done my meal plan for next month, planning in the six meals we didn't use this month, and the rest using as much stock as possible. Looking forward to being able to actually close my cupboard doors!
See you all in May xGrocery challenge for family of three - me, dd(12) and ds(11), feeding dp 2 or 3 x a week too. Only food, not toiletries. Jan £87.97/£100 Feb £0/£100
Frugal 2018 needed! Saving and NOT spending0 -
Won't be buying anything else this month and my total for April is less than £100 which is half what I had planned. :j Both freezers full and store cupboard well stocked. Got some recipes to make cleaning products and washing up liquid and laundry liquid so bought 4 essential oils from Holland & Barratt for £9 as their penny sale is on.0

Hiya everyone :hello:
Shopping today of Morrys = £6.55 and A*di = £13.04 so total of £19.59 to add. That makes us £13.79 over budget atm
I know it's because I haven't been able to shop or cook as normal but I can't really complain because DH tries his best :kisses3: but why do men always have to buy 'extras' off list ??
Fingers xd we don't need to buy anything more until 1st but not going to declare yet and jinx it
Hope you all have a marvellous Monday
