Going away this weekend so hoping to not spend anything grocery-wise (money for food etc coming out of treats budget).
£1.35 spend this morning at the shop buying lunch.Every act of kindness, no matter how small, isn’t wasted ❤️

Approved Foods order put in last night just before the £ 6 delivery offer expired. It's the first order since Christmas for me, so not too bad.

Morning all
Spent £65 yesterday on approved foods, stocked up on bits I know I'll need over the next month plus a few gifts for kids birthdays coming up. Going to do a two week meal plan and shop online around that today. I'm aiming to only shop once a week unless we desperately need something like bread or milk (stocking up and freezing so I'm hoping not). I really don't like the UHT milk we've tried so for now we are sticking with fresh. Just hope that the kids and dh don't eat me out of house and home next week! It's definitely cheaper when they're at school/work x

Good afternoon everyone, a bit late joining in this month, but would like to join in again for April. I think I will do the same as last month
and put me down for £240.
I hope that it will work even though we are off now until the 20th:eek: Shopped in Ald* the other day and used 2 vouchers as split the shop in two, then went to Asd@ for a few other bits, so am quite stocked up at the moment. Just need some bits for the weekend.
So current month spends for April are:
Ald* £37.17 & £35.09 plus Asd@ £20.84.
I have updated my signature to show the new month spends.
Thank you to Zippychick, Coxy and Solstice for great work you do running the thread and everyone for all the help and support.SPC 11 #4450 -
Today I spent £29.30 in Mr S mainly on meat which we were running out of £5.36 in Mr T on fruit/veg and £3 in £land on toiletries. We are all stocked up now and I was hoping it would last longer than a week but I have just heard DS1 and partner are coming for Easter so perhaps not.
Visit cancelled due to illness.Mortgage and Debt free but need to increase savings pot. :think:0 -
Just a small spend of £4.40 on bread, chocolate for Easter, flowers for Easter and hot cross buns!! May get some milk tomorrow but shouldn't need anything else.

Hi everyone,
Can I join please? I've been reading through all your posts, I'd love to give it a go?
Put us down for £220 please.
I've tried and failed in March to set £250 myself so hoping the incentive of joining the challenge will keep me on track!
Spent £58.13 so far, and that's got the freezer/cupboards well stocked and filled up on cleaning products too so shops should eve less from now on.
Have a great evening allGetting myself back on track! Pay off debt and save deposit time!0
