Managed to avoid the shops until today so got a couple of NSDs in there - had to go and exchange the sodastream cylinder (just shy of £8) and I need a few laundry bits which I get from the poundshop opposite work so will pick those up on the way home.
I need to go and buy some ham (not wafer thin like we have at home), tomato puree, some mushrooms, a couple of fresh fruit options, a cucumber and a couple of general lunch box items (crisps and biscuits) as we are making pizzas tomorrow for date/family night (I have everything else in) and bf will want his lunches next week!
Aim is to pick those up tonight/over the weekend then avoid the shops again************************************

Used my supermarket.com and realised my usual basic shop would be cheaper if I did it online from As*. I usually shop on a Monday but this month I'm trying to stretch it by one day each week, so delivery comes next Tuesday, only cost £1 and the minimum basket was £25. Spent 34.78p but I'm out later today and need a £1's worth of milk to get me to next Tuesday. So far so good for this month.
Will call and get petrol, got a voucher for 10p off per litre at Sains* so must use that and fill up - all helps.0 -
What a busy time on this thread (and generally, what a busy week as I haven't had time to catch up on it!)
Spent £21.45 in M*S today. Its been a sh*tty week so I popped in to get something tasty for tea and have a friend coming round tomorrow so got something for that too.
Takes my monthly spends to £105.99 (I'll update my signature). Still plenty of meet in the freezer (somehow) and my Mum and Dad have invited us over for a roast on Sunday, so there will be leftovers coming home with us for sandwiches next week. Great!
I hope people have a lovely Friday evening whatever you're doing. How long til pay day?

£4.79 spend for me today at Tesc* . I am still on track for the month and am going to make my menu plan tomorrow for next week and cut my spending back to the minimum possible to try and empty the freezer. Have a good weekend everyoneDebt free as of 29.10.2020 🎉😁

Spend so far this month = £53.10/£220 including a big shop at Ald* with my voucher. Came to £39 after the voucher which was good considering how much I got. Shouldn't need to get much next week. Had an impromptu takeaway at the start of the week which wasn't great but sometimes the call is too strong!March GC: 67.02/220.000

Well, couldn't resist going to Iceland and getting their Kangaroo burgers and meatballs, plus did a Morrisons, so it all came to £14.82. Im still hoping to get through the month on budget, as I really only need fridge/salad stuff, but it will be more down to willpower than need,0

Been away for a couple of days, however before I went away I spent £24.88 on razor blades, milk, bread, cornbeef, ale and biscuits. This was all for DH while I was away.
Back now, and done an online shop which I need to collect this morning. Spent around £65 (will update total later once I have official total). The shop included 12 easter eggs (budgeted for, I mention earlier that I have a bigger budget this month to cover easter and holidays) and I've also got a few bits and pieces in the shop to pack straight away for our caravan holiday.
I really need to get some sort of meal plan in place for this week but I don't get my shifts till today so need to work around that!
Right, i'm rambling. Will be back to update total.
Ohh and CatherineMM well done on your shop. And taking the kids to get out quicker, thats a very clever idea!! Lol.
