Check your credit file - wouldn't be surprised if they've got a default CCJ against you. If it's clear, stay under the radar but make sure any post from your old addresses WOULD Be sent to you, is that possible?!

Or do you mean you have a letter from Wright Hassall acting as POPLA asking you to add any comments?

I'll check it next week when my new report is due, though I have had no prior threats about CCJ's, fairly certain they're legally obliged to disclose that first? I have not had any redirects put in on either of my addresses, the car has been re-registered to my current address. This was an Email direct from POPLA

But which POPLA? Which email address?

Right so if it's the email giving you just seven days to add info, you are about to lose at POPLA, almost certainly. Sorry. And Napier sue.

Especially likely to lose, if your appeal relied on no GPEOL.

Search the forum for 'Hassall seven days' or 'Hassall POPLA' to learn more. You should be trying to turn this around - do read what others have done, you will get more from those threads than in isolation here.

  • There was no mention of 7 days in the letter. Simply that no further correspondence would take place and that the decision was final.

Ah, it coming from Wright Hassall explains the poor decisions. I'd complain to the BPA and the SRA about the clear abuse or lack of understanding of law.

  • What you see in the image above is all I've received, having heard nothing for over a year. If that's a loss then game over. I don't know if Napler still have to write to me themselves with payment details, as I have nothing to allow me to pay anyway.
