Only the tree left here as well, everywhere feels so spacious once the decs are down. Good luck with the healthy eating, we are still decluttering chocolates here so think they need to be taken to work with me!

  • Ahem, diet starts tomorrow.. energetic work this de-christmasfying! I haven't managed a night of sitting in front of the TV stuffing so that is tonight.

Most stuff down, just the outside lights to go - my lounge is massive!

Have started a 50p tin, so all my 50p will go in there not to be opened till next Christmas. £2 already.

Feels like today is just clean / wash / clean / wash and repeat!

  • Productive day at least. House feeling a lot tidier. Mortgage updated and we now own 40% of the house. Balance at £101,601.24. Really want this under £100k with February payment but not sure it's possible.

  • Had £60 put aside for a potential mortgage OP but sent it to CC2 last night as I really want this gone. To be honest, my total focus is on these CC's now and no EF or OP's will happen until they are gone. Pretty sure I can get rid of CC2 by end of January.. will feel so much better when we are down to just one CC!

Sent £2.23 yesterday morning to round down the bank account and £3.80 today so balance now is £298.77 - happy I'm under £300 on that one!

Quiet day planned, really need to blast the kids bedroom and finish tidying up. Bit more washing, get the ironing done and then we can enjoy the last 5 days before it's back to School and work!

  • The house feels soooo much better, though I feel sorry for our bin people this week, another three bags out of the house today and the littlies actually agreed for some stuff to go.

Currently parenting via CBBeebies whilst I mass fleabay list, up to 13 items now, and 2 listed on bookface, which I think one has sold.

However just spent some pennies in the Doc Marten sale as I desperately need a pair of boots and these last forever, did get over £70 off.

Just reaching payout on Ips0s so £10 am@zon voucher requested and received and deposited in the account. Won't go towards my targets for next year as it's pre 1 January, I might save it or I might get the Deliciously Ella book as I like those. Also done a £3 pcone survey, need to wait for that to credit, 50p on Y0ugov and up to £36.50 on 1poll - so all good there.

Had £16 in the EF, but I'm binning it for now so another £16 sent to CC2, updating that to £282.77. I still have £100 floating about as well so I'll chuck that at it whilst I'm at it. Which brings it down to £182.77. On a bit of a roll now and want it gone, will see what else I can find later.

  • Right, skimmed all the accounts that I could and another £67.78 sent to CC2, down to £114.99 - needless to say the next target is to get it under £99..

Sooo close to getting it gone now and pleased that the extra child benefit and council tax free months can be used towards CC1 and getting that gone.
