Looking at a terrier, which we've had before.
Picked up a few surveys today about the vote.. so that's good.
Glad my working week is over..
£4 being overpaid to the mortgage tonight making the annual total £1804.52. Not around very much now till Sunday really, so getting organised now.
First pay in tomorrow, DH's increase hasn't gone through which is a shame, but will be a nice bonus next month and hopefully pay for the slabs in the garden!
That's all from me I think!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

So..... we might have put a deposit down on a woofer...

Well what did we all think about the vote? I'd be interested to see what a second vote would bring I have to say..
Sat survey round up:
P-base 80p
IPs0s - 1258 with a £10 Am@zon voucher requested this week
Youg0v £1.50
1poll - £12.40
M1ntv1ne 501
Pcone £4
Crowdo0gy £4.96
M1ndm0ver £12.90
Few more pounds off the debt updated.. DH's payrise got paid twice, but I'm spending it and just allowing for a normal month next month when they reclaim it back.
Still waiting for my payslip to see the much tinier increase by comparison.
Off to see famalam today hence when I'm on here at 2.30am - can't sleep and leaving at 4am..
Had confirmation from school admissions our applications have been received and hoping to hear either way as to current situation in next two weeks, have arranged a visit to the School and something they said made me think come September, they may have places available.. but I could be putting 2 and 2 together there..
Have a good Saturday all, it's just peed it down out there, so the drive should be fun!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Great news the cc is coming down, they really are an inconvenience aren't they! Looks like you're still getting plenty of y0ug0v surveys, here's to the next payout.

Soooo. I've cancelled the mortgage OP!..
I just need to get this debt gone and I would like to get the garden slabbed before the summer hols.. I'm thinking October time I'll be able to reinstate, but I am kicking this s0dding debt forever and then I will have one and only one thing to focus on - the mortgage.. it means I won't hit my OP target of £4k for this year, but I'm sure I can hit £3, if not £3.5k..
Payment made this month and it's obviously meant less of the mortgage, but frustratingly I'm within just over £25 of colouring in a brick so that is a target to get me into £104 something by the end of the month..
Plan is to go and order all the garden stuff next weekend, should be able to make a sizeable payment to the debt (not forgetting I also have the other CC where I put both car insurances so reckon there is about £500 on there..
Time for DFOD to get serious now, no more faffing about.. debt gone, proper saving so I have money aside for things when they need paying (pending a absolute unforeseen nightmare) and I will going into 2017 in a much better place.. kicking the backside of our mortgage
Would still like to get under £100k on the mortgage by Christmas!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Wow DF0D, lots going on with you!!!
Yay to the dog, how long until you get him/her?!
Also think I've missed this about school, hope you like it when you visit.
I agree with you cancelling the mortgage OP, better to use that money with the debt in the first instance.
Have a good day xxMummytogirls x0 -
So, I mean business.. £574.58 sent to the debt today leaving £342.03.. but before I jump up and down and shout.. I need to add on the other CC to that tonight so I may be back to 4 figures.. but I'm putting it all up there and I'm kicking the backside of this debt once and for all now..
Am hoping for another £100 off the debt at least this month.. but the end is in sight.. I will be deft free one day!!!!!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

DF0D - that's amazing progress on your cc - you're so close, even with the other one added on.
It's tough isn't it - wanting to pay down one but be clear of the other. We have the same quandary - pay off last little bit of debt or save. We've paid it down loads over the last year and saved a small amount. We're now going to switch and pay off the remainder equally over the remaining months of the 0% deal and save the rest. Whilst I want it gone and to be debt free - I also want to have some substantial savings and start making mortgage over payments.0 -
Thank you Purple Fairy!!
Well I've added on the last remaining debt, plus £600 that is earmarked to pay off a credit card from a while ago.. will use the £600 I have saved to buy the stuff for the garden to get it done earlier.
But that is it now.. this figure is NOT increasing and this debt is GOING. I will have paid off over £64k of debt.
Hoping to see that £1733 come down quickly.. hopeful it'll be under £999 by the end of July and gone by September in full.
Right, this is DFOD determined to do this for good, for the last time!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

One is already cut up, I nearly did the other yesterday before realising I needed the number and details to ring for the balance, will write them down and cut that up - only keeping one to use to earn cashback, but will pay that off each monthDFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)
