    I don't see this '+ Add to Firefox box' anywhere, nor within that link you've just given me, although i do read up-to-date praise for it below the main article body.

    Please can you describe exactly where I need to go to press what next?

    I have just checked my link in post #13 again and noticed that when the page first loads it is a blue "Download now" box which then changed to a green "+ Add to Firefox box" - presumably it has checked that I'm running Firefox and changed accordingly?

    Result as #12, but don't know what next step actually is to download, as I'm blocked from so doing at that point.
