You as a voter have as much clout as any voter, and the millions of Scots voters have as much clout as any other group of millions of voters.
Nope, we don't. Only once as far as I remember - sorry I really do not have the time today to quote a reference (yet) - did Scotland get the government the majority of Scottish voters actually voted for. and yet, when the people of scotland could freely choose to ALWAYS have a government of their own narrow sectarian choosing, they declined.
