house not selling what can we do?

our house is not selling , we have had three offers of £100,000 but we paid £107,000 so we didnt accept the offers it was first put ob the market at £118,000 then we reduced it to £112,950 hoping to get it sold asap but so far no more views since reduced price has been on its been on the market for about 6 months now
We are desperate to move

does any one have any advice here is my house

    There's not much you can do. If you've had 3 offers at £100k each then that's what buyers in today's market think it's worth despite what you paid for it.

    to be honest i am starting to think that but its so annoying as we cant accept that as we wont be able to move on, but donw the road the same house as mine sold for £115,000 about 3 months ago its just so annoying

    From the pictures it doesn't look as if there is anything you need to do to it. As Pixie says, that must be what people think it is worth. I take it you have looked at sold prices for similar properties?

    Exactly. You are being the sort of seller I'm fast losing patience with at the moment - stop listening to your Estate Agents and start listening to the market!

    i did yes the very same house but with a smaller garden sold for £115,000 about 3 month ago that was just down the road from me, one person even offered £100,000 with out viewing the house which really baffled me

    as this is our first house we have ever sold we toke what the estate agent said and did what she told us to put it on the market at, thing is we cant sell at £100,000 as we cant move on to the house we need i didnt realize selling and buying a house was so frustrating and toke so long ( they should tech you this stuff in school)

    Was the property that sold for £115k also a mid-terrace?

    It is not listed on Rightmove or Zoopla.

    There are several new builds at £116K making yours somewhat expensive
