At least one classic example of a playful puppy being labelled as nasty due to a completely clueless owner. Just wondering if the programme makers are going to show any responsibility in pointing out sources of help.
In fact generally speaking the words rod, own and back are coming to mind.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

  • I'm watching in the hope I can persuade OH to have another dog, it's not working though 😕 I would hope that Byrons owners seek/get some assistance.

I'm sticking with it for the seriously cute rottie mastiff cross. He's gorgeous. And there are some sensible owners and good advice going on now as well.

i am nearly about to turn over too. clueless owners. i feel for the existing dog in the first family who now have a weimaraner cross puppy. did they not think it would upset the older dog? and the kid doesnt even look bothered, though it was bought for him. the mum seems to have had an idea and not thought it through very well :(

and did the lab cross puppy just have its tail run over by the wheelchair? :(

lol just noticed all the Hills products at that vets!! :D

Watching Stewie jumping all over other dogs is interesting. That's classic Gitdog behaviour, just shows how important early socialisation is - its proving a beggar to train it out of him as an older dog. And Lola's jumping and biting. In fact he's probably got all their bad habits put together, but without the calming down as they get older. I should hire us out as an example of how it can all go wrong if you're not careful.:rotfl:

Made me really angry, especially the woman who said she got a dog so her kids would have some experience of death! Then proceeded to show she didn't have a clue how to look after or train a dog.

The puppies were all beautiful though.

She didn't seem all there to me. Experience of death? !!!!!!? They'd be in their late 20s before it dies, stupid bint.

And the woman who bought her idle son a dog that needs three hours exercise a day, when nobody can even be bothered to open the door to let it go have a crap. Incredible.

I was FUMING at that comment, what was she thinking? I'm just hoping it was edited, and badly at that, but I'm not convinced.
