Is a dealer service worth it?

Is it true that Dacia are hiding all brand new, just off the boat, Dusters if they are white, because they need rust treatment before they even get sent out to the showrooms?

I heard Dacia are changing the 'free' solid colour to brown to reduce warranty claims.
