Well Kitchenaid is giving me joy, but for the wrong reasons. Now just visualising you lot in a queue at Clutterfree's house. :rotfl:

I could sell mine for more than I paid, but I don't think I could justify repurchasing it to myself or (especially) DH. So for now it's tucked in the pantry while I figure out if I will want it in the future. I don't think I've even used it since moving into this house well over a year ago. It would probably make KM very sad as it's not fulfilling its purpose.

No Kondo plans today. The DVD shelf is calling at me to go through it again though. It's only been a couple of weeks since my last magpie box as well!

Shredded some more paperwork and read some more of the last quarterly magazine. Should finish it tonight so I will be up to date on that one. Will start the next thing on the reading pile tomorrow.
Today's plan is for more shredding and catching up with some emails as I need to Kondo my email inbox too.

Well having to have a new kitchen sink fitted tomorrow in my tiny kitchen so a new unit is getting put in with it.
I've just taken 30secs.....if that, to empty under the sink
Thanks to MK everything is corralled into stackable containers
My favourite being the open ended ones I got from willos £3 for 3
There are similar ones in poundland in the garage section. They are great for scrubbies ect

Edit: I put blue tack under the joining feet as they can separate

Pic makes them look bigger they are quite small

No shameful opening doors to find piles of tangled chaos.
The new unit will be deeper too so more wiggle room maybe adding my toolbox...but not to be filled up with stuff tho!

Due to no car and a cancellation I have an unexpected day off. Well, till I do the school run later!

I thought I would start on the CDs whilst I catch up on last nights tv. Two had no CDs in. Have uploaded one onto iTunes. Now laptop playing up... Grr.

Have put dd1 desk together for room. It does look quite flimsy and small. Being the only piece in the room may be the reason why! I have tipped two small boxes of what I can only describe as stuff for her to look at tonight. There is a keep, maybe and bin bag all ready!

I did a gathering of some things for Amazon. Need to find something in to send them in though now!

    Off for a brew!

    Hi all

You were making me laugh over the Kitchen Aid....

Can,t get in the lounge to carry on with paperwork sorting (teens hogging tv), so sorted my lunchbox kitchen drawer instead.

Finished the book this morning and had the urge to tidy the kitchen!
Did 'a jinny' and put everything on the dining room table. Sorted out some cupboards too.
Have told husband to read the book.

Well after saying I wasn't going to do any Kondoing today, I ended up doing my undies drawer and sock drawer. Not much thrown out because I pretty much keep on top of it.

I also decided to start on my make up. I've done lipsticks. It took a lot longer than expected because I had to try on every lipstick to see if it sparked joy. I have A LOT of lipsticks! :o I now have very sore lips but have made some space in my drawers and it reaffirmed what I already knew - I much prefer pinkier cool toned lipsticks than browner warm shades.

Next stop will be lip glosses (I have TONS of those) but it may be a few days before I do that because my sore lips need to recover! :o

How has everyone else got on today?
