Hi, I have bought a tv from Argos today. I have had it out of the box and switched it on. I am not happy with it and would like to return it tomorrow. Would I be able to get a full refund if I put it back in it's original packaging? Or will I not be entitled to one as it has been opened?
    Thanks.

You have no legal entitlment to return thing because "you don't like" them

I don't think Argos returns include TVs

    = You have bought it
When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?

I am sure this is what some others might do (not me though)
Take it back as soon as you can and say the TV has an intermittent fault something like the picture starts flickering. As its brand new you would be entitled to a refund. They do not have their own Engineers so it will not even get checked.

Why are you 'not happy' with this TV??

Saying that is still incitement to defraud

It's right at the bottom of the page, and I had to Ctrl-F money to find it... But it was there on all of the ones I looked at...

I have found Argos to be excellent at taking things back that are faulty. Especially if you roll up to the shop with a large heavy TV in hand - they don't want a "scene" at the service desk.

Be polite and truthful - you didn't actually say what the fault was however. "Didn't like it" sounds like buyer's remorse.

If you're not happy because it has a poor picture quality, then it's probably faulty and it's fine to take it back.

OP never suggested it was faulty.
