    ...you currently have a problem....everyone has a problem sometime with their internet connection/phoneline....but to castigate Plusnet on every thread you can find is a bit OTT...I've had no real problems with PN over 5+ years...but don't get me started on their predecessors, HORRANGE and BT !!!:)

    I was with BT for the phone and O2 for the BB. O2 sold to SKY i moved my phone and got fibre from PlusNet. No issues.

    I wouldnt go with SKY or TT. The welcome to SKY pack i received when O2 were transferring the lines over made interesting reading.

    Basic jist is they own you and you do what they want. Everything you have or do now belongs to them. Prices may change and you can lump it.

    We need a long list of ISP's again. I remember when there were at least 20 you could choose from.

    I changed from BT/O2 to Sky and was very happy with the offer and service.


    I am in my second year, having negotiated free line rental,half price tv and £7.50 (normal for three services price) for bb.

    Too right I do they have admitted stealing our business line
