I think so? It's the stick one with circle, flashing smiley, solid smiley when ov.

I was low fertility (circle) up until last Wednesday. I had a solid smiley in the morning, but a circle in the afternoon. I had no high days before this. Then I left it, thinking I had OV as I definitely had OV pains the night before, and the circle was because the LH surge had been that night and it'd been a quick one.

I decided to do it again this morning, no real reason, part of me enjoys tracking it like that. First pee of the day showed OV, and then I did one about 2 hours later and it showed high. I used two separate digital testers as ofc when it registers peak it sticks on for two days.

I'm starting to cramp a lot now, doesn't really feel like OV pains, more AF pains. Come on body, what are you doing?!

That's wierd! Yeah I must have the same as you then. Fingers crossed it all falls into place soon!

  • Huge congrats Cath_Ster :j
  • Aileth - If you have the 'posher' CB ovulation test, which it sounds like you do, you can't keep testing for ovulation after a smiley face until after you've had your period - something to do with it working on comparison to previous tests that month - read the Amazon/Boots reviews for more info. That's why I buy the cheaper CB digital ones ( I did a tragically large amount of research into opks before I purchased).

Thanks Amy, I suspect that's probably the case. I'm just paranoid I haven't OV.

This is the one I have, so yes same as yours, JoBatch.
  • Well, I may have made a mistake at the weekend. I decided to ignore whatever current allergic reaction is plaguing me and go in for some valentines bd-ing regardless... well, something not so great happened.... I'll give you all a clue, it starts with a 't' and rhymes with 'bear'...

    :-(

So I've benched myself for a while. I'll just have to hope that the little BD-ing we managed during my fertile window was sufficient... (I highly doubt it)

Oh no! Major hugs to you. And fingers and toes crossed your BDing worked, remember it only takes one swimmer to get there!

Ouch! That sounds traumatic! I hope you heal quickly!

Aileth - yup, same ones. Day 5 flashing smiley today. Where the hell is ovulation????

Husband has had to go to work till Thursday evening, so I now I have to hope that there was enough over the weekend to catch ovulation or hope I don't till Thursday. I'm getting irritated with my body to be honest. Really annoyed!
