Hey ladies,
sorry ive been so busy recently, ive just caught up the lists.
I'm on holiday now for 2 weeks... if anyone wants to do the lists whilst I'm away - I'm more than happy. :-)
hugs to all that needs them. I'm on my last clomid cycle now - maybe some sun and sea will help! fingers crossed anyway - then its IUI for us.
lots of love x x x0 -
Enjoy the hols kellykins , & congratulations babyb :j
CD11 here, heading to my mums today to spend a few days for sis wedding. Expecting ov on Saturday, but prob won't get chance to BD again until Sat/Sun at earliest
Just heard SIL has got engaged & planning family wedding in Cyprus next July, by which time I would hope to be pg, or, if we're really lucky, have a newborn.0 -
Have a great holiday kellykins.
I am obsessing about the stupid timing this month. I am so cross that we tried too early and paid for an (expensive) hotel for one night, and it was such a waste! Urgh!
Hurry up next cycle so we can try againBaby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0 -
Hi guys,
We are ttc and our moving on to our 3rd iui. This time we are going for a medicated cycle (our 1st medicated cycle, August we had the injection to make me ov). We are looking at IUI mid October, so i was wondering if anyone had any ideas about a fertility boosting detox diet for 14/21 days.
Has anyone followed one or can point me to a good source of information.
THanks,

Hi ladies
Just got married and we are now TTC'ing.
Am 32, just had my IUD removed today and it is also CD1 for me. Excited and nervous. And also just started on the pre-natal vitamins.
Hope everyone is well

Welcome euronoris and jemz!
Jemz - I don't follow a feritility diet as such but if i hear of fertility boosting foods through my app or through just generally googling I try to include them in my diet. For instance I hear bananas are loaded with vit b6 which can help lengthen your luteal phase so I am eating them daily atm :rotfl:
Hopefully somebody with much more knowledge than me will be along to help you further soon!
As for me, CD18, nothing to report really. Just waiting to test which ovia says I can in 9 days!0 -
HI euronorris and jemz and welcome! Welcome the mad house, I hope your stay here is short lovelies, Jemz, have you tried the fertility friends forum too - there are ladies on there who have had medicated IUIS and may have some suggestions about diet? I have friends from there who (although had IVF) were talking about protein diets and always eating boiled eggs!
(I'm doing a home insemination with donor sperm by the way, a kind of IUI without having the sperm pre-washed and a speculum.... isn't it?!)
SO, I think I am not officially 4dpo and even though the timing was so not right this time and I was impatient (why wont I *ever* learn!) I have turned into the woman I was before - obsessing about every single symptom and googling them ALL.....
"4dpo sneezing"
"4dpo twinges"
"4dpo period pains"
"4dpo hungry"
"4do obsessivly goggling for symptoms"
"4dpo cervical mucus"
"4dpo cervix position"
"4dpo creamy"
"4dpo I think Im losing it by googling symptoms every minute"
And then I spent a lot of time looking at my chart from when I actually got pregnant in July 2012 and comparing symtoms... or actually lack of.
I then spent some time looking at my old posts on here around the same time to see what I had said.
So yeah. I may be a bit cray cray.
And I *know* this isn't a healthy place to be! It took me 1.5 years to conceive our now toddler, and it happened on the month that I threw my hands up, had some wine, drank some caffeine and basically said F it! STOP! Someone is allowed to officially SHAKE ME!
I now remember how insane the 2WW truly is. Good luck all! xBaby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0 -
Tested yesterday, probably too early, but a bfn . Got a bit upset and guess I'm out this month. In two days at work, we've had two people say their wives are pregnant. Happy for them but like just isn't fair!0

How many DPO's are you Lemon Tree?
I remember that feeling well - feeling like everyone around you is pregnant and seeing pregnant women EVERYWHERE. ((HUGS))Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0
