Hello everyone
I've been lurking for a while and think I am now ready to join! Can you please add me? I am 37, husband 34, married last year, and TTC since 05/2015. Just preparing to get "serious" with the opk etc - I was planning to start monitoring this cycle but it now turns out that I will be away all throughout my fertile time... typical! I am CD5 today and will continue to monitor with Fertility Friend this cycle and start the opk next time (unless there is any reason to start this time??).
Good luck everyone!

Hi all,
Update from me is that I am CD18, ovulated really early this month on around CD10/11 according to Clearblue Dual Hormone OPK. I'm really really quietly thinking I feel different in this tww to all the previous ones. Can't put my finger on it, but just been a bit crampy, bit nauseous, and have lots of creamy cm. Will test next Tuesday.

Welcome to all the new and returning people.
We're on CD 9 now. Passed AF, so will be starting to BD again soon. Hope we have better luck this month. Not feeling anywhere near as optimistic as last time.

Cd 3 here, af arrived at 10dpo so one day later than usual. Hubby starting to worry he has no swimmers, I'm starting to worry its just never going to happen. Might sound dramatic after 4 cycles but I chat with a group of ladies on another forum and one took eight months as she has endo but the others were all pregnant within three months.
Have been so ridiculously stressed at work and I'm sure that isn't helping. Ended up booking a very last minute holiday and off to Egypt next Wednesday for a week, I cannot wait! :j

jtr it took my sister just over a year to conceive her first and she (nor her husband) have any issues. Those who conceive in under a year are lucky as 12 months is the average (I think) for people without issues.
Ooohh a holiday! Lovely! Have funx

Jtr it took 7 months to catch with my daughter, if I don't count the couple of years we tried before I took time off to lose weight. I'm currently in mth 7 again.
CD 30 here, AF is due tomorrow, and the bloomin outlaws are coming. Yet another perfect storm of a situation.0 -
Hope the visit goes smoothly Lemon.
Will you be testing tomorrow if AF is a no show?February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
Hi everyone,
You'de think I would learn about trying to chill out, but I was still obsessing up to this morning. I was still feeling a wee bit hopeful this morning, but now nothing - Im in the place where I have lost all hope.
Freddie - how did the pizza turn out? I love pizza! I've been stuffing chips and dips into my mouth this evening. How rock and roll on a Friday night!
euronorris, are you in the UK now? Where were you living before?
jtr2803 I get that, I remember when we started thinking it would be so easy and then worrying a few cycles in that things weren't working. (((hugs)) vent to us, thats what we are here for!
keekee Welcome! Hope your stay here is short! I would say that you should try the OPKS this month, especially if they are cheapies, even if you are going away. It just gives you an extra month to understand your cycle and maybe compare to next month? Thats just me though! ;-)
cats2012 Have a fantastic hol!
MancMama4 Hope the 2ww flies by for you!
Milliebob Excited for you - I was remembering that I felt different the time I fell pregnant- lots of CM and pulling/period pains - and just nothing now, which makes me think that its not my month. On the plus side, we have got my mother on board with babysitting so it should be a bit easier next month! Crossing everything for you!
*baby dust to allll!* - sorry if I have missed anyone, I'm 2 glasses of wine down already!xx
Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0 -
Hi , and welcome to any new members, fingers crossed your stay here is short.
Hope everyone is well.
Euronorris - i really recognise your name, did you used to post in the waiting ttc thread. ?
Afm, cd14 and think ov will be a while off yet, last month it was cd28, the month before something like cd23 so we shall see what happens this month. I am still slightly apprehensive about this month (because of the dates i would be due- on the very small chance I did fall pregnant this month)- but have decided to just see what happens and carry on trying this month (the idea did cross my mind not to try this month), but what with such irregular and long cycles I have decided I can't really not try!0
