Thanks Freddie (are you Ian?) and Movingup. I'm feeling a little bit better today but still feeling just feeling flat. I'm OK when I'm with people but when I'm on my own I just want to curl up and hide.

Despite trying my best not to, I'd stupidly convinced myself that we were going to get a bfp, so much so that I actually did a test when AF was late.

Oh well, onwards and upwards

Hugs for those who are CD1!

I have had a positive opk tonight, some ewcm n cramps so think ovulation is definitely either happening now or around corner. Have DTD tues, last night and tonight OH suddenly seems loads more interested in the whole TTC stuff, which is nice, and makes me want it for us even more!!! Will be on holiday when we can test/AF is due ghis month. Not sure how i feel about that!!!!

Good to see everyone supporting each other in the good times and the bad hugs for those I don't know :grouphug: I'm now officially joining this thread!

Began trying this week. Go the app to start tracking things, ordered some ovulation tabs and pregnancy strips (online so super cheap although not very MSE!) Got some Folic Acid. Can't think of anything else? A thermometer for temperature or is that too much?

Need to go off and researching what I need to do and what all the lingo above means?! :rotfl:

Welcome Veronica Mars, hope your stay here is short. You mentioned that you've got some Folic Acid make sure you start taking it ASAP and keep taking it.

Some people monitor their temperature throughout as another way of seeing what's going on. It's up to you if you can be bothered to take it every morning first thing and record it.


Just been looking on Glow and it suggests that the best chance OV day is a week on Monday. Which doesn't seem long away at all when you look at it on a calendar. In theory in three days time we can start trying again, which is good.

Yet these waits still feel like a lifetime.

CD8 here, ov probably in the next week, but we're going to be staying with my mum for my sister's wedding, so not holding out much hope for this month. TMI alert, has anyone had cm that was starting to get like ewcm, but lumpy??

I'm in the tww,for some reason I feel quietly confident this month so I guess I'm in for a let down at the end of next week. Guess it helps we're on holiday so no temping, and lots of thinks to keep my mind off the wait
