A soft cup is like a soft rubbery/silicone cup that you can use in place of tampons or pads to catch AF. Inserted.

Some people use them after BD to also stop ... man juice ... from trickling out, so keeps it closer to cervix for longer.

  • Thank you everyone :) am a bit bummed that I've got to wait three months for the implant to come out. I spoke to my mum's doctor today (where I was registered at until I moved) and she gave me a number for a family planning clinic that should remove it quicker. She said that three months is a stupidly long time to wait to have it removed. :)
I've also got an app on my phone called Clue that you can record everything down and it works out when your OV so gonna give that a go :D you can write down when you BD too :D

I've not heard of that one chocolate, I'd recommend looking at fertility friend, that does huge amounts and is probably the one most used/recommended.

Very happily married on 10th April 2013 :D

Jealous of those who can actually tell anything about their cervix, I'm guessing my fingers would be way too short. Just had a third friend announce their pregnancy, happy for her but also sad its not me

    Hi everyone.

I have also been trying to be super healthy while TTC. My ovia app tells me of lots of different fertility boosting foods so I've been trying to eat as much of them as I can!

I don't track position of cervix, don't think I would know what I was doing.

Ladies (and Ian) I am very confused. I took a test 2 days ago (in the evening) and had what I thought was a TLP, have tested again this morning with FMU and got a BFN. No period yet. Maybe due from anytime today until Tuesday due to varying cycle lengths. Had some odd bubbling/popping type pains low down yesterday but more like cramps today. Really no idea what's going on!!!

Oh Lemon, that sucks. My uncle's fiancee gave birth to their third this morning. My sister went and bought baby clothes but I couldn't bring myself to!

I don't really know much about tracking cervix but I do check near AF to see if it is soft or not. That usually tells me if AF is coming.

How many DPO are you? I'd test on Tuesday if you can wait that long. What tests are you using?

I used a cheap £1 Asda test earlier and swore I could see a line but the girls on Glow said no. I went and bought a superdrug test and I *think* there's a TLP. 12dpo, AF due Tuesday...
