Unsure too wookey, but I think the problem would be no balance to pay, so no card used to refund to?

Yes am sure it happened to me, it was e vouchers used that came to less than order, so nothing to pay on card. You can call customer service but they don't seem to get it & you will only draw attention to your (glitching) acc

Sorry sakura, didn't mean that to sound rude - he's a very spoilt dog. I thought it was a good price at the £3 and it's the time of the year when they get so muddy. x

It was a bath towel, they may well have had other sizes and colours. Marked at £3 but went through at £2.
