Apparently, some items are cheaper at T, including Cadbury's Fingers. That apparently relates to the 114g version. However -

Why would anyone buy 114g, even on the mbuy offer, in W?

    £1.39 2 FOR £2.50
    (£1.22/£1.10/100g:eek:)

    (W: )
Cadbury Fingers - Milk Chocolate (171g)
    [Strike]£1.69[/Strike] 84p(49.1p/100g:T)

And why would anyone ever buy even the 114g Fingers in T

Cadbury Fingers - Milk Chocolate (114g)
    80p(70.2p/100g:()

when the 171g are cheaper per 100g in T

Cadbury Fingers - Milk Chocolate (171g)
    £1.19(69.6p/100g:eek:)

but even they are more expensive than the packs at W?

Cadbury Fingers - Milk Chocolate (171g)
    [Strike]£1.69[/Strike] 84p(49.1p/100g:T)

I assume that, fwiw, the 80p for T on the 114gs, although it isn't marked as a reduction on msm.co.uk, is a T offer price hence W won't T price match it and have the 114g on a much more expensive offer. Meanwhile, I notice on the Cathedral Mature Cheese double pack - even though A's current price on that isn't as good as it was vs a previously lower Morries price (months ago) and is way in excess of my maximum £5.00/kg (the non-comparable deli Wyke Mature Cheddar at M has been £4.50/kg for a number of weeks) - T is at £7.50:eek: so that W can price peg itself to that high price, as a T price match, and shoppers in W can be assured that they are therefore getting a good deal:rotfl:.

    Cathedral City Mature Cheddar (2x350g)

    Store_2.15px.png
    £3.87 £5.53 / Kg

    • Store_1.15px.png
      £7.50
    • Store_7.15px.png
      £7.50
I won't be buying it or matching it (T or M) to even A's price!

Yay QOC! Welcome to the freelance club. It's awesome for glitching as you can control your own workload/inevitably have a bit of down time between stuff. Like me now!

I've also had some emails about work so hoping to get another contract lined up soonish :)
