    Debt-free and Proud!
    Afternoon everyone!

I've seen the cat food and the dishwasher stuff. Anything else I've missed other than your excellent company?

My little break wasn't as relaxing as I'd hoped due to my aunt barely pausing for breath the entire time I was there.

Wanted to go off walking alone but it was made quite clear they would be following me wherever I went! I love them very much but good grief. Really highlighted to me how much I value my relative independence and quiet time. I'm going to send a card and some kind of glitchy gift to thank them. Even though it was all a bit much it was still kind of them to put me up :)

This lurking during the day malarkey is hard

I nipped into boots after work, only a little one, and all they had left was some Charlie body spray sets so I picked up a few for distribution over the next twelve months

After 1 hour I get an email to say it is not configured, to reset the gas loop and leave the heating on again. :(

That didnt take too long for it to register when when we did it...but OH did note we burnt 16p of gas whilst it was registering!!!!!

Sadly a week into it and hes still obsessed with the pretty graphs and charts....me not so I just go round switching the appliaces off everyone seems to leave on!

Oh dear, second hour of the heating on and it still hasn't registered.

Loop help people have suggested moving the sticky thing as they can see it registered but can't see any movement in the meter.

Rather annoyingly I've already completed the survey saying it was quite easy to install!

British Gas sent me something for the electric meter a while back, that showed you exactly what electric you were using, so you could switch off a light and see the difference it made. Don't think this is going to be so good.

The stuff i bought in boots i bought upto the room and put in holdall under the bed:D will take it home sat, thn thee fun will begin finding a space for it;)

Last words were don't buy too much. :rotfl:

I think Mr TS knows better than not to let me out the door Boots sale day. ;) He says I can get up early for some things. Cheeky booger.

All I can say is mine definitely will not fit in any holdall under the bed. :o And that would be if there was actually any spare space under there. :rotfl:

I think I have every eventuality covered birthdays/xmas for everyone I know for the whole year. Still few BS sets left. :o I only really got stuff for my girls today, when I said jokingly before xmas there would be nothing from Boots this year, they actually had disappointed faces. ;)

I have the job of getting it all in the upstairs cupboard without DD3 noticing that's not going to be easy.

Good afternoon, Tiny sounds like you did well this morning .I cannot believe how restrained I was as like you there was so much stuff particularly the big sets and I think Mr Shoes got it so wrong this year as never ever seen that much stuff before in all the years I have been going. It was a real bun fight people dragging those huge net baskets around tripping everyone up:eek:so I just spent my points on eye makeup for myself and got out as fast as I could;)
Happy Birthday Troutabout hope you have had a nice day:beer:

this has a very exciting video clip :D - nothing seems to happen unless I've missed something

Thunder snow - this is a new weather term to me

There was thunder and lightening here last night about 10.30pm. No snow though, Poole usually misses out when the rest of the country is covered. :)
