Trigger for Sanex was the dove cucumber - thanks op :T They swapped my 1 x 250ml can for 2 x 125ml compressed cans (was charged £3.59 for the 2, I think it means I paid the 3 for £5 plus some but can't complain)
Tobies were oos and no subs
My delivery note was a bit messed up, no prices on anything except the subs and it said zeros at the bottom so no idea what I actually paid or what multis came off. I thnk I paid £8 odd plus £4 vouchers, will know when the payment comes out of the bank.
Hope everyone is well, will read back when I get chance x0 -
Can't beat good freezer rotation so you don't get a shock pulling out a joint from 1999. I'm sure most of us here have to play freezer jenger often enough to have a good mooch through and see what needs consuming next. Even though on freezer jenger day; you just wanna get it in and get the blooming door shut!!!
Yep that was me Friday night. :rotfl:
I did lose the game by the way.I got 4 chicken pies in gravy that I thought DD2 would like to take back with her, she didn't even want to take one so they are sat in the bottom of the fridge for tea tomorrow night. 3 days OOD.
:o Maybe we should have them tonight.

Yes, I have this job to do today too. I took all the lights and decorations off it yesterday, but today need to chop the branches down a bit so I can get it through the doors and outside.
Afternoon DM, what will you be filling you anything goes glass with today.0 -
I don't c&c my store have never got one right yet, I usually wait for up to an hour outside for them to respond to my pressing the buzzer then wait while they pick my shop - I kid you not it is horrendous. I get well gel
when I read of all the success on here but just can't cope with c&c
at my store.

Going to have to give DD3 lesson on money when she gets back from work today.
Appears she only has about £15 from £90 left with not much to show for it.
She did buy an expensive makeup set from a posh store for £42 but had £40 gift cards to cover most of it.
Have told her she has to write everything down to back track where it has been spent. As she had her eyes set on a MAC makeup set for £65 for her kit  but looks like money has gone for that. And bank of mum will not be open.0 -

My calculations mean I paid £5 for the Sanex/Dove and a quid each for the toblerone. But I work on averaging, so if I get a couple more shops in the cost will come down.
I always take the long view.0 -
Afternoon loves.
I hope the positive news continues for you and fourp Snap.
Went to a wedding party the other side of London last night. Took me 2 hours and 45 minutes to get there  stayed just over an hour then had to leave :rotfl:
What a palaver. Very glad I didn't give up and showed my face.
One of the bride's best friends (who I've really tried to like but it's just not happening) said to me 'thank you so much for coming. WE'RE so grateful you could be here'.
For a moment I thought she had married my friend. Then I remembered why I don't like her. You know some people are a vision of what you could be if all you cared about was ambition and your own hair? That's her.
Still, a lovely party. They had a cheese cake and free prosecco. Lots of smiling happy faces.Debt free 6th December 2014
