Going to have to give DD3 lesson on money when she gets back from work today.
Appears she only has about £15 from £90 left with not much to show for it.
She did buy an expensive makeup set from a posh store for £42 but had £40 gift cards to cover most of it.
Have told her she has to write everything down to back track where it has been spent. As she had her eyes set on a MAC makeup set for £65 for her kit  but looks like money has gone for that. And bank of mum will not be open.
i love MAC makeup but never really seems to be on offer:beer: Happy Bargain Hunting!! :beer:0 -
I have just had permission to buy cream otherwise the meringue he made from the leftover egg whites from the homemade custard will go to waste.

Just had a nosey in her room and found little superdrug bag with £11 receipt for eyeliner and false eyelashes. What was wrong with the 10p ones I got her earlier this year I don't know.
I really am at a loss where she has spent it all.
And as you say MAC no offers, think she needs to think hard. :eek:0 -

Nivea Men Dry Impact Anti-Perspirant Deodorant (250ml)
and Nivea Men Invisible for Black & White 48h Anti-PerspirantDeodorant Power (250ml) are both on offer at £1.50 in W's.
They are £3.29 on line. Has anyone checked how much they are in store because if these were also £2 then these would be a better return. Plus we could order more deodorants at a time.N1LDA0 -
Afternoon, collected my C&C and Tobes were subbed for maltesers and charged £4 for them (£4 was also marked against the tobes on receipt) I have looked at comparison and it says not enough items and I have 11 different not including trigger for sanex. Not that I'll get an apg as charged £4 for the chocolates.
Went out for a lovely frosty walk again this morning in Delamere forest.
Hope all enjoy their last day of freedom before dreaded work tomorrow.0
