I'm going through my record collection.

I'm giving them a fair hearing, as it were, playing them in full so as to see if they're worth keeping.

There are a lot of compilation albums from the 1980s that are just rubbish!! :eek:

The-Buy-Volume-1-and-get-Volume-2-free-Telstar-As-Seen-On-TV type albums are going straight to the charity shop.

They are mainly bloodless cover versions and, although I played them over and over again for hours back in the day, I can't say why now.

There are a couple of the compilation albums which I've made a note of the classical music tracks - I've got many of them already.

19 albums already in the pile for the charity shop.

ETA : If they are too scratched or are otherwise unplayable, then they're going in the Recycling Bin.

Found another couple things - a jacket from Matalan that makes me cringe when I touch it (horrible material) and a necklace with a 'tassle' on the end that my hubby said looked like a nipple tassle he he !!
