Thomas Cook responded: "Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with Top Cashback enquiry's in this department, as Top Cashback is the ones who make the terms and conditions of what is and is not accepted. I have however emailed one of my online colleagues asking that they look into the reasons why the payment was rejected, and they should be able to update you soon."0
