Completely agree how inspiring this is - what's great is that there's such a range of amounts being paid off, it's not disheartening on those weeks when it's only a little bit! And how it adds up - an extra £85 pay off in January is unheard of for me
Talking of which, I've paid £4 off Lloyds CC this week - I finally got to the bank with my coin bags!
Looking forward to next week - payday, expenses get paid in my account, plus have sold a couple of books on Amazon (love it when uni term starts again, there's always a couple of DH's books get snapped up!) so I'm hoping that'll give me a couple of good weeks ahead!LBM Dec 2013, Total Debt £31,992.06 Debt Free Date June 20220 -
Hello!
I'd like to join in! Decided a few challenges will help me keep focus when the new broom effect of January wears off...
Will make my additional payment on a Friday to try and establish a routine. Did a bank skim of £56 Friday just gone to kick things off. Now to try and keep the momentum going...Little steps and great strides both get you there.0 -
Morning all - last extra payment for me this month and I'm throwing a whopping £100 at the CC. Beans on toast until DH gets paid on Wednesday0

Great work Picklepot!
This weeks payment is a humble £1.66 bank skim to CC1. I'm making a big overpayment next week though and by this time next month that card should be cleared! Then on to CC2....keep going troops!Starting 2016 debt-free
