I would like to join you all in my first challenge even though I have been a long term lurker on the forum. You will see from my credit card balances below that I like to round my payments up so I will now transfer the odd balance in my bank account every Friday. (I will need to make sure my account stays in credit to do this though!!)Dare2dream

Welcome Dare2dream. There are 15 Fridays left this year (though the last one is Christmas Day ) - plenty of opportunity for extra payments there! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Thanks. I might need to miss Xmas day out although I've a feeling this might become addictive!
I've applied for an hsbc card to do a balance transfer for CC 2 so that all my debt is at 0%. My only problem is that I have done so many balance transfers from cc to cc that I have no idea what portion of each debt is due to expire first so it is hard to know what debt to concentrate on clearing first. I guess I should phone the cc companies to see if they can tell me when each deal expires and how much it applies to.Dare2dream

Had a couple of nightmare weeks, but back up and running now. Made an overpayment of £400.00 today and gave DH a stern talking to as the debt continues to increase, despite my best efforts *sigh*0 -
