Hi all. Daughetr and boyfriend in Colombia. First day today and he got his Credit Card and phone stolen. He is on o2. Calling their emergency line 0344 809 0202 (me from the UK), it says that emergency calls are handled by a Service Provider which number is on the back of the statement ....great when you are stuck in Colombia.
Can someone give me that number please? URGENT thanks

Don't wait till morning!! You pay for all calls made before you report it lost/stolen. The night can cost £ thousands0

I've just phoned 202 from my O2 phone and even though it says the lines are closed if you listen to the recorded messages it goes on to give some options. Lost or Stolen is option 3. The number from a landline is 0844 809 0202.
Good luck.0
