Oh yes Igor, that beret and string of onions fetchingly drapped round your neck do make you look just like Toulouse Lautrec. He had a limp you know. You've got more of a crab-like shuffle...maybe you need a few more well-aimed kicks?

Yesterday was #16 NSD for me going for 17 today and also if I'm on track 5 in a row by this Thursday.
I am also going to put £20 of 20p's into my savings account today after KonMarie book suggests not keeping coins hanging around. They have been in my piggy bank for a few years- MSE Forum Achievements:

Can't make up my mind on those protein shakes. But talking of sustenance, I did help wolf half a tube of Pringles after our run yesterday - replacing lost salt. If only someone had told me sooner Pringles were legit athlete snacks :rotfl:
I'm not sure of them either hence I got the starter pack from H&B for £12 (just over half price). I can try them. Almost had a disaster when I went to shake my first ever one but the top wasn't quite on properly. Only just avoided redecorating the entire kitchen a rather fetching chocolate colour.
Anyway, it was alright, it wasn't disgusting which is a bonus. Will probably need to try various flavours and manufacturers to get the nicest ones.
My OH is going on this 5:2 diet and I (stupidly) said I'd do it too. Don't need to lose too much weight but giving it a try anyway!0 -
